President of the Professional Hitz label, Destro oversees the daily operations of the company and its artists. Besides that, Destro is one of the most prolific producers in the industry, working with the likes of Jodeci's Devante and Mobb Deep’s Prodigy. He's been producing for the last 14 years and he also masterminds beats. His universal style is dark but Destro has a variety of skills to please the masses. His unique sound makes the listeners feel something, and is not limited to making them bounce. A member of 40 Thieves, who was signed to Orpheus Records distributed by Capitol, the group worked with and did a remix for Freddy Jackson. Destro produced 'Stabologist' for Illa Ghee and produced all the tracks for the artists on the Professional Hitz label. He's also produced music for Jules and Julian Nordet the infamous directors who filmed the tragedy of the World Trade Center. Destro produced music for their boxing documentary. Our goals are to become recognized as a record company that consistently puts out quality music, make above average sales for an independent label on a global basis and partner with a major distributor to increase our selling potential. Our key objectives to achieve our goals are to seek genuine talent with a unique sound, style and charisma. We will develop a global marketing campaign in designated areas where Rap and R'n'B are prominent. After creating the necessary buzz and gaining acceptance from our target groups we will seek distribution through independent distributors to generating greater sound scan numbers. Once our projects have proven success in numbers we will target major distributors.It is very important to Professional Hitz Recordz Inc. that we become a household name. We want our customers to know that when an album is being released from us that it?s a guaranteed hit. This will not only insure positive record sales, but develop a fan base for the Company, allowing longevity and limiting dependence of individual acts to Professional Hitz Recordz, Inc.
